Upscale Method is a mentorship and training program for web design agencies created by Chris Johnson. By using this site or enrolling in the program you agree to these terms.

Program access

Membership grants access to training materials, the private community, and scheduled coaching sessions. Access is for the named member only and is not transferable.

Guarantee & refunds

The program is backed by a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you decide it's not for you within 180 days, email chris@upscalemethod.com with "refund" and the program states your money will be returned. A $100 cash bonus also applies within the first 30 days if you decide it's not a fit. Results vary based on market, offer, execution, sales ability and consistency — outcomes are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

• Don't share program materials publicly.
• Treat other members with respect; harassment is not tolerated.
• Don't use the program or community to spam others.

Intellectual property

All training content, frameworks and materials are © Upscale Method. You may use them inside your own agency. You may not republish, resell or repackage them.

Liability

The program provides education and coaching. You are responsible for the business decisions you make and for executing the work in your agency.
